Drawworks

1000HP, grooved for 1-1/8” drill line with two (2) new Detroit series 60 Engines and water cooled Auxiliary Brake.

Mud Pumps

Two (2) Weatherford MP-10, 1000 HP packages each with master skid, new Caterpillar 3508 engines, WPT, drive sheaves, belts, belt guards, charge pumps and liner wash system. All mounted on a Gooseneck trailer for quick and safe transport.

Mast

118’, 425,000#SHL with crown containing four (4) main cluster sheaves, one (1) deadline and one (1) fastline sheave.  Mast to include racking board.

Substructure

17’ High Self-Elevating, 425,000# casing, 300,000# setback, complete with four (4) sets of stairs, v-door, catwalk, mousehole and rathole.

Rig Power

MCC House motor control system with 75 KVA 480V transformer  and adequate MCC to operate the rig. 

Two (2) New Caterpillar C-18 diesel engine generators each with 545 kW  generator and radiators. 

Generator sets to be packaged in a master skid house with roof, muffler, etc.                       

One (1) Air volume tank to be mounted in junk bin.

Mud System

1000 BBL., 2-tank mud system complete with four (4) 10 HP agitators, four (4) 8X6 centrifugal pumps with 75/100 HP motors, 2- Linear Shakers, 2-Cone Desander, 16-Cone Desilter, Vacuum Degasser and one (1) mixing hopper.
